Out-of-hours fee
Our staff's priority is providing enrichment, exercise, feeding, cleaning and individual care for our resident animals. Arrivals before opening or after closing can disrupt these routines and require additional staffing time.
By introducing an out-of-hours fee, we can fairly cover these costs while keeping our standard boarding rates as low as possible for all customers.
🐾 Arrival up to 15 minutes early/late: Grace period (where possible)
🐾 More than 15 minutes outside agreed times: £10 out-of-hours fee
🐾 More than 30 minutes outside of our published opening hours: £20 out-of-hours fee
