Your pet will be fed their normal diet so long as it is a brand we carry in stock.
For dogs we supply Bounce, Chappie, Pedigree Chum, Winalot, Butchers Tripe, Pal and Cesar tinned food. Also Pedigree Complete, Bakers, Chudleys and Purina Beta dried food.
For cats we supply Kitekat, Felix and Whiskas tinned food and Whiskas dried food.
Customers may provide their own pet’s food and receive a 5% discount from our fees.
Special diets and feeding regimes are catered for.
We have some boarders that have scrambled eggs or Weetabix for breakfast and cats that have chicken breast for dinner. If you supply it, we'll cook it!
BEDDING, TOYS, and TREATSWe would like your pet to feel at home as much as possible, so you may bring your pets’ own baskets and bedding with you.
Beds and bedding will of course be provided for animals that do not bring their own.
We have toys and treats here, but if you wish you may bring your pets favourites with you.
We cannot however be held responsible for any damage to your property.
Please be very vigilant over your pets' inoculation status, a mistake here could ruin any holiday plans you have, and you will also lose any deposit you may have paid.
We can not accept boarders until they have completed their full course of inoculations or until they have had their annual booster.
All pets must have a vaccination card as evidence of their inoculations.
For dogs we also insist on an additional inoculation against infectious bronchitis (kennel cough).
This must be administered at least three days prior to boarding.
Your pet will be taken to the vet by us or a vet called out should the need arise. Vet fees are the responsibility of the owner and will be billed with the boarding fees, unless your vet retains the bill for you.
MEDICATION
We will administer any prescription or non-prescription medication your pet requires.
Pets with infectious/contagious conditions however will be refused admission

Mondays to Saturdays - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Sundays - 10.00 am to 4pm
Bank Holidays - Closed for checking in and out, and to visitors also.
These opening times are strictly adhered to so our boarders are not unnecessarily disturbed.
