Please note that the amount of time you have booked with us is the amount of time you will be charged for. You are welcome to pick up early, however your booking will be charged in full.

Any cancellations made within 24 hrs of the due arrival date may be liable to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the booking; this will be at the managements discretion.

Cats £8.00 per day

Small dogs e.g. Westies and Jack Russells - £13.50 per day.
Medium dogs e.g. Staffies and Springer Spaniels - £14.00 per day.
Large and Extra Large dogs e.g. Labradors and St Bernards - £14.50 per day.

DISCOUNTS

We will give you a 10% discount for two pets from the same household sharing the same kennel or cat run, a 15% discount for three and a 20% discount for four. A 5% discount is applicable should you provide your pets food.

An additional 10% discount will be applied for stays of a month or more.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in advance or at the time of departure, but must be completed before the animal leaves the kennels. Payment can be made by Cash, Credit or Debit cards or by Cheque up to the limit of a valid cheque guarantee card.

For new customers to us we require a non- returnable and non-refundable deposit of £40 to secure your first booking with us.
This deposit will be deducted from your first bill.
